01/ How much will I pay for storage and packaging of goods?

 

We have a fixed price for storage of goods per one pallet, but the price depends on the type of goods, form of packaging, i.e. bulk packaging, and the number of pallets. The price of packaging and dispatching of goods depends on the size, number of items to be packed in one parcel, number of documents to print and attach, and whether our services include handling of returns and complaints. In short, the price for storage services offered by our company is characterized by high flexibility and varies depending on many factors.

 

02/ How much will I pay for telemarketing services?

 

The price of our call centre services depends on the type of conversations we are to support (incoming, outgoing, in Polish, in a foreign language). The price is also influenced by:
- hours, in which the call centre is to operate,
- days of the week, on which the call centre is to operate (including Saturdays?),
- possible need to prepare a recorded announcement,
- estimated number of phone calls to be supported per month.

 

03/ Do you offer any discounts for regular customers?

 

Each offer is prepared individually, however, regular customers wishing to commence a long-term cooperation with us, can be offered exceptionally attractive prices.

 

04/ A lot has been said about the risk related to making use of outsourcing services (lack of expected cost reductions, deterioration of the quality of services previously performed by the company itself, blurring of the corporate image, etc.). How to avoid such situations?

In order to make outsourcing reasonable and profitable, you should subcontract the services to reputable, professional companies with proper experience and specialisation in a given area.
